John is the Principal of Productivity Planning which specialises in Recruiting, Training and Retaining high performance people.
He also acts as a preferred Consultant at AIM WA where he is currently contracted to present AIM WA Customised training courses Australia wide and also public training courses which include: Selling, Project Management, Customer Service, Negotiation, Building Client Relationships, and a wide range of Management courses.
As a qualified Workplace Assessor, John also coaches and assesses people who are striving to make the best career out of their opportunities and achieve Business Certificates or Diplomas.
Experience:
John offers experience gained at a Sales level as the Principal of Productivity Planning where he has developed close relationships with many Perth Business Managers by providing high level, quality training courses to them.
He has also worked at the Australian Institute of Management as a Consultant Manager where he developed significant Customised training contracts for the Institute. He has a belief that if you teach it you should be able to do it and has a business record to support this.
John has worked at a Senior Management level and has worked as a Management Coach/Trainer since 1986. He worked with AIM as an Associate Consultant between 1991 and 1995 and returned to that role in February 1998. Later that year he became Consultant manager.
John's management background includes:
As a Retailer Managing Hypermarkets – Shopping Centre style Department stores, in the United Kingdom for ten years concentrating on Sales growth, loss prevention and Customer retention. Manager of a number of the Perth Department Stores for Target Australia for nine years including the then largest store in the organisation - Carousel in Cannington WA.
Over two years as General Manager/MD of Cebas Pty Ltd. t/a IKEA Perth (Franchise).
John is highly experienced in the consulting and training fields and works closely with clients in Western Australia and he has presented Negotiation, Customer Service and Sales training in America and also presents around Australia.
John works with Managers to realise their goals by providing strategies to improve employee involvement and performance, increase market potential, sell, secure and supply products and services through profitable negotiation.
To ensure this he is focussed on client service, committed to relationship building and dedicated to employee development and consultative management.

Taylor provides these and other services (including Data Collation, Analysis & Business Reporting) and combines these skills to provide a basis for informed decision making.
