Coaching Solutions

Coaching is generally conducted one-to-one or with small groups of up to four people.

This activity will generally enable a more immediate perfromance improvement than training as the focus of the coaching session is on applying specific behaviours to achieve required outcomes.

Coaching sessions are usually for two to four hours in duration and may continue for several sessions.
