Many Managers and Supervisors are faced with employees who can improve their achievements.
Factors that may need attention are the skill levels of the employee, the conditions which are not being met and the employees own desire to achieve high quality results.
Coaching is generally conducted one-to-one or with small groups of up to four people.
This activity should enable a more immediate perfromance improvement than training as the focus of the coaching session is on applying specific behaviours to achieve required outcomes.
Coaching sessions are usually for two to four hours in duration and may continue for several sessions.
